For several days, I have been leading workshops, photographing the Valley’s World Birding Centers and chasing after fresh images of migrating and breeding birds. Most of last week was spent doing the annual South Padre Island Photo Tour with California photographer, Charles Raines (http://web.mac.com/chuck459/iweb), Randall Ennis, Paul Denman and Dr. Alberto (Beto) Gutierrez. We had a fallout of birds on Monday and Tuesday, then the strong south winds and clouds moved in to sweep the birds away northward. Nevertheless, we had a great week of photography and fun. MORE
